The Antica Perla Hotel Residence pays particular attention to the protection of personal data of customers and suppliers as part of its activities.

In accordance with Art. 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Code for the protection of personal data), the owner of the treatment, Antica Perla Hotel Residence - Via Farag, 98 - 92100 Agrigento, in the person of the legal representative, informs customers and suppliers that personal data supplied by them or otherwise are subject to treatment, in accordance with what stated above and in the obligations of confidentiality which inspires the activity of the Colleverde Park Hotel S.r.l., exclusively to fulfill the obligations related to contracts in being, including the dispatch of material containing promotions and offers related to our hotel activity and for all the accounting- administrative activities expected by the law. Any denial to the processing of this data will imply in the absolute impossibility of continuing any existing contractual relationship. This data will be handled either on paper or through electronic means. The name of the person in charged of the treatment of the data is individuated by the Programmatic Document on Security deposited in the head office.

Code on the issue of Personal Data Protection – Legislative Decree, June30th 2003, n. 196, art. 7. Right to the access of personal data and other rights.

1. The individual has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him, even if not yet registered, and their communication in an intelligible form.

2. The individual has the right to obtain the indication of:

a) the origin of their personal data;

b) the purpose and method of treatment;

c) the logic applied in case of treatment involving the use of electronic tools;

d) the identity of the holder, manager and the representative designated as for the art. 5, comma 2;

e) the subjects or categories of persons to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them because appointed as representative of the country, of managers or agents.

3. The individual has the right to obtain:

a) the update, rectification or, if interested, the integration of the data.

b) the cancellation, transformation in anonymous form or the block of data processed in violation of the law, including data that does not need to be kept for the purposes for which they were collected or subsequently processsed;

c) the confirmation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been notified, also for what regards their content, of those to whom the data has been comunicated to, except in the case where this is impossible or it involves the use of means highly disproportionate to the right protected.

4. The individual has the right to object, partially or fully:

a) for legitimate reasons regarding the personal data related to him

b) the processing of personal data concerning him for sending advertising materials or direct selling, or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
